What is An Activity Class?

• Lecture: we tell you things, you try to follow
• Lab: work on exercises individually
  • TAs are there to help

An activity class is half-way in-between.

• We do exercises as a group.
• Guided by the module leader.
  • Much more structured than a lab.
• Develop understanding of the topic.
